hello there

Can we trust GMO, are there any studies caring about this?

[MOD EDIT - QUESTION EDITED FOR CLARITY]

Many people had never heard about the GMO

in fact GMO=Genetically modified food

and they are been spread all over the world those last years

sometime you can distinguish an GMO  from a non GMO food when it is indicated on the packet but when some responsible people wont indicate that information on their food  you can never make the difference unless you have felt some thing after eating it.

what do you think?

Well, for a start humans have been genetically modifying organisms since the stone age and we are still here.
Also there are groups whose job is explicitly to check on the safety of this sort of thing.
For example the UK government's committee on these issues is here

Yes,
the outcome of vegetable cultivars and animal races amelioration can’t be denied, it is something that can be done naturally also, by the wind for example in the case of plants and by the meeting between different animal races in the wild.

In fact, we can't be sure about the effect of any newly introduced product before 50 years and it can be quite longer for GMO because it is more complicated here it is biological thing we are talking about and not just a new molecule.
