Main target for my post was PROVE below fact D
Fact A : I'm on planet my instruments are on planet with me (we not moving respect to planet )
Fact B : Planet is making rotation (respect to own axis) for Eaxample Earth 360/24h or other speed XX/24h
Fact C : Planet is making rotation (respect to FAR FAR point in space , I don't need know this point's position)

On the table I have EM source and mirror (sensor ) (constant distance L between )
table is underground (zero outside EM waves 100% dark room)

Mirror(sensor) is registering Doppler's Shift during test
(Mirror(sensor) is not registering the same freq. what is giving EM source)
Impossible to have the same freq.

I'm using Camera 200 000 points /per picture
Each camera LOVE read colours ! ( a lot of engineers works on that problem )
very easy we can see all 200 000 points on Histogram
during test I using dark filtre ( longer time = more better average )
mathematica is showing absolute motion (above evidence )
