Title: What does jogging do for the brain?
Post by: thedoc on 30/01/2013 13:04:53

I have always done my best thinking  while jogging although if I jog at 70 mph It promotes me to the standard of a chimp( a fast chimp). But anyways, I  like the idea we can shape our own brains by thought  and good decisions.
