What is your goal?
DOT 3 brake fluid is a mix of a bunch of glycols.  It is water soluble.

Glycerin is also water soluable, so it likely is compatible with brake fluid.  However, it has a relatively high freezing point (64.04°F (17.8°C)).   Would it precipitate out in cold weather?

What is your source of glycerin?  Is it salt & contaminant free?  The sludge from biodiesel production would need to be purified before being used.
