Title: Another Thermometer Question
Post by: neilep on 26/07/2007 15:00:56
How do they test the accuracy of thermometers ?

Do thermometer makers have labs that have the correct temps for testing ?

How do they know these are right ?

Also..how accurate are thermometers ?..I mean the bog standard household ones and digital ones too !

I have 30 grams of it. How much do you want?

I was kidding, but a gallium triple point cell contains a lot more than 30g typically about a kilo which would cost about £1000.
