Title: How big Doppler I will see/register ?

it is not homework !

I showed all datas Earth's rotation 360/24 degrees
plase evaluate Doppler  X axis and later Y axis

If you are just considering Doppler shift you don't need the radius, just the speed difference between source and detector. You can find the formulae here http://hyperphysics.phy-astr.gsu.edu/hbase/relativ/reldop2.html.
Gravitational shift will be small by comparison, I suggest you ignore it as you are unlikely to be able to detect it.

What will be if Earth will not moving ( not making rotation 360°/24h ) I will see doopler ?
Earth's motion is reason that I see doppler ?

As I said, it depends on the relative motion. As long as the 2 are moving relative to one another you will see a doppler shift.
