MikeS, you are thinking in terms of a normal engine. If Neutrinos are able to enter another dimension then I guess the principle would be that of surrounding a vessel with a Neutrino field to isolate it from our dimension.
If a neutrino (which has mass) can only travel faster than c, does this not raise the ugly problem that it must be travelling backwards in time?In which case, using the above argument of a neutrino field to isolate from our dimension, perhaps it could be used to create a time machine.
