Title: Divine connection
Post by: Ercin25 on 05/09/2012 17:38:05
Hey Everyone,
I'm new here, and so glad to be here.Actually,my theory is about the connection between pray and science.
According to quantum theory, individual should have an idea or an intention that helps to prompt the waves.
These waves ,which are the main part of quantum, is all about what we are thinking about a specific subject.
What do you think? Is there any divine connection between thought and fact?

while it has been shown that positive thinking can have a positive effect on mental attitude, and visa versa, in reality you "can not" change reality per se, just by thinking about it.  There is nothing "divine" about this.  It is individual choice.

Just like you are what you eat, physically, you are what you think,  mentally..to a point...

if you think that every time you have an "intention" it comes true, this is false, and has been proven to be false in scientific experiments.  One main reason this might be, is that there are over 7 billion other 'conscious" beings just on this planet alone, all "thinking" how there life should be, along with any other "being"  that has consciousness on this planet..this alone makes for over 7 billion "thinking" beings trying to make there version of reality actually exist...

If you think you actually can "make" your thought reality...

try this......mentally try to change the color of your hair that your body produces..........

It does not work, mainly because roughly 95% of all actions are performed by the sub-conscious mind, and not the conscious mind........"you" are in reality not even in control of your own body, let alone your own mind....

was a Russian woman who claimed to have psychic powers,

( claimed ) being the KEY phrase....nothing positive ever came out of any of this......

No physic has EVER stood up to rigorous scientific experiments....and passed..

No, Emc2. Physics has certainly stood up to rigorous scientific experiments, and mostly passed [;D]

Perhaps you meant psychic, which would be quite another matter.

Academic research of her phenomenon was conducted in the USSR for the last twenty years of her life.

Furthermore, her psychic abilities were studied and she entered international discourse in the 1960.

She appeared in such film which made under controlled conditions for Soviet authorities and caused excitement for many psychic researchers around the world, some of whom believed that they represented clear evidence for the existence of psychic phenomena.

According to reports from the Soviet Union,FORTY scientists, two of whom were Nobel laureates, studied Kulagina.

There was an electromagnetic change occured on her body,to ensure that external electromagnetic impulses did not interfere, she was placed inside of a metal cage while she supposedly demonstrated an ability to remove a marked matchstick from a pile of matchsticks under a glass dome.

Kulagina's most celebrated experiments took place in a Leningrad laboratory on 10 March 1970. Having initially studied the ability to move inanimate objects, scientists were curious to see if Nina's abilities extended to cells, tissues, and organs.

In 1974 Jürgen Keil, of the University of Tasmania paid a surprise visit to Kulagina. According to Keil she was friendly and invited the scientist in without preparation and also asked them to stay for dinner. Kulagina performed without prior preparation and was filmed during the dinner.

Kulagina also agreed to undergo testing with Americans such as Montague Ullman, which places doubt on the propaganda hypothesis.

According to a report produced by Dr. Zverev, her heartbeat was irregular, she had high blood sugar, and her endocrine system was disturbed after all these experiments.

Believe it or not. These are all scientific proofs that can only be at that time,1970s.Time to change your standpoint emc2
