Title: What are the conditions in the cargo hold of a commercial passenger plane?

Does my suitcase experience the same travelling conditions as me during a flight (i.e. cramped, dehydrated, pressurised)?

Cargo holds on modern passenger aircraft are pressurised to the same as the cabin. Not all sections are necessarily heated, at least to cabin temperature, though. Some sections are intended for transport of animals so they are more or less the same as the cabin.

I believe that the cargo compartment in cargo aircraft based upon passenger airliners are pressurised to the same level as airliners, or only slightly lower.  However, I believe that some cargo aircraft designed purely as such may have some pressurisation limitations.
