is it easy to escape the magnetic field of the earth

Well it the magnetosphere extends about 70,000 km around the earth, so not easy.  I don't know how close it is at the poles - but I get the idea it might touch down at the magnetic pole, but this would not be out of the magnetic field.

There's nothing at 70,000 km that really stops the magnetic field- it carries on forever.
It's stronger at the poles.

so you think that we can't create it artificially

I'm confused. What does any of this have to do with "body lifting"?

Sounds like you are get magnetic field and gravity confused...
