 This flying object was detected and recorded by a dual optical system: a spotter/seeker portion that work in infrared and a telescope aligned portion with the spotter, like a telescope-viewfinder combination:

I don't know...Out of focus bird?
Can you give more information about it. Do you have an idea of the altitude, size, speed etc.? It's hard to tell any sort of scale from the video.
