Hi guys,
Well, I got that constant ringing in my head since ever. It is very similar to the one you hear when you turn on tv then mute it (You still hear some kind of tinnitus, even if you're not in the same room).
It wasn't really a problem, until some bizzare dreams started:
Usually my 'normal' dreams get interrupted suddenly, and then some kinda 'bonus' dream kicks in. I see myself lying on my bed (The same position, the same room details, it's like opening my eyes, except that I'm sleeping/dreaming) , and I can't move; totally paralyzed! Those dreams are directly related to the head noise, when I keep the noise minimum (via not focusing on them in the dream) I get to control my movement a little. (By the way, it's Not OBE)
So, if we're speaking physics, it would be like this: Movement = 1/Tinnitus (inversely proportional) :P
Anyway, I usually fail because I keep focusing on the noise involuntary, I mean, it's hard not to; It's much louder than the one I hear now, yesterday, and tomorrow, while I'm awake. When I focus on them in the dream, they get louder, thus, I get more and more paralyzed. These noises also press on my head trying to force me to sleep, and therefore continue my 'normal' dream.
The weirdest dream: Same rules apply, but this time I'm looking at the clock. Whenever I focus on the noise, it gets louder, and I feel it pressing on my head, the clock go BERSERK as if time is passing real fast! (This dream IS NOT a nightmare, it doesn't feel like one and I don't get hurt).
Some trick I tried yesterday:
I kept on contracting my fingers and toes constantly so I wouldn't get paralyzed when I focus on the noise, but it didn't work; after the noise kicked in real hard, I only can see my fingers and toes moving, while I couldn't control them anymore.
I don't know what is the point of those bonus dreams, and why does they interrupt my, supposed to be, dream-in-dream = normal dreams (As it seems like those bonus dreams are the first layer, and my normal dreams are the second layer). Why the hell am I resisting?! Confusing..

i hear the strange ringing noise when my allergies are really bad and my head is all stuffed up, but never any weird dreams... hmmm
