Post by: Simmer on 29/08/2005 23:17:03: It's not a problem for the deceased but for the relatives. I'd vote for an opt out scheme with the next of kin allowed a veto.

On the other hand thousands die due to needing organs when non are available.
It's a moral choice for us all until science perfects stem cell organ transplant.

Hey after I am dead who give a heck? I am sure I will not.
If anything I will not be famous so let me save someone from a living through daily aggravation.
I will not have to pay any taxes or worry about anything else.
Use anything I have left and burn the rest.
The life I save may be yours.
Besides my choice is, I rather have someone else pay the taxes instead.

Post by: Osia on 03/11/2010 12:00:14: I think it's not important for the dead person if he or she has some organs or not. But people who have real chance to survive will always remember the person who gave them the organs.But still, the decision to donate organs should be of one's own free will.
