1 of my freinds was telling me about this like the sleeper hold or this thing were u grab 2inch down from the elbow wit one hand then wit the other u push right under the sholder blade(the soft spot) then wit the oder hand u korote chop da neck!! nither of thes work plz some 1 give some insit!!!

Needle in the gums behind the two frontal incisors, this hits a nerve-node that will definitely wake anyone not truly dead, frankly. In a perfectly pissed-off mood, mind you. It's excruciatingly painful.

dont know what you're talking about with this elbow and shoulder blade bit but I believe there is supposed to be a nerve cluster somewhere between the neck and the shoulder. Don't play around with it though as I believe you can also kill people with it if you hit the right spot.

I can't really confirm any of this so maybe someone who knows for sure can fill us in.

There's no hold like this in Ju Jitsu although there is a type of hold and pressure point combination where pressure is applied to the temple which causes a passing out. It needs to be well practised to be effective.

Would you need three hands to do your move?
