Sarin does not cause heamorraging.

What sarin causes is uncontrollable muscle spasms, ultimately leading to respiratory failure.  If during the spasms, the force of the spasms may lead to some local bleeding, I cannot say, but I have not heard of this being the case.

It is also very possible that sarin increases aggression, but for most victims this is not a major problem, as they usually end up too dead to be aggressive to anybody (there has been more of a problem with suggestions that low level poisoning with milder organophosphates, such as some insecticides which are closely related to nerve gases, such as sarin, that they may cause people to become more aggresive.

Sarin is not found naturally, but has been manufactured since the second world war (it was discovered by German chemists during the war).  It is merely a far more potent version of many broad spectrum pesticides.

There are some diseases (such as caused by the Ebola virus, or the Marburg virus) that can do that, but not sarin.
