Title: What are the causes and consequences of an elevated body temperature?

I have very hot body temperature. At times my wife runs away from me. Can this have effect on my sperms?

Maybe. The reason the scrotum hangs outside the body is to assist in temp control of that area. If your 'hot body temp' is also indicative of your core temp and it is a lifelong condition, then perhaps your body has made compensations.

You might want to talk to a doctor about this.
The high temperature may be a sign of some underlying problem.

Have you measured your temperature to confirm that you are genuinely pyrexial, or is it merely a subjective sensation of being hot?

Also, do you find you are sweating adequately??? Or not much??
