Title: What is the point of creating partial digestion of DNA?

What is the point of creating partial digestion of DNA?Here is the question: The DNA in the human genome(3x 109 bp)could be contained in 150,000 fragments 20 kb in size laid end-to-end.We cannot make these fragments specifically and instead have to use 20 kb partial restriction enzyme digest fragments. If we analysed 600,000 human genomic DNA fragments 20 kb in size, would they contain 100% of all human DNA sequences or just about 99%, 90%, 80% or 70%.?
