So I have always pondered this. Maybe this makes no sense though.
So we as humans and are hominid ancestors have been all over the world. We spent the longer part evolving and adapting in Africa though. In África we ate the fruit and.greens and various food sources.we found in the wild. Now are we more adapted to this vegetation? When we eat these fruits and.vegetation from around the world are they as good for us? Maybe we should be eating african vegetation? Or is it all about absorbing nutrients regardless where.they are from?
