If I eat a whole block of cheese in one go, will I put on more or less weight that if I eat a small peice of it each day?
-
I'm going to cautiously say more, since the excess energy gained all in one go is more likely to be stored as fat, whereas it will be used up as a quicker energy source if consumed in small, daily portions.
I'm not sure though.
One thing to bear in mind is that this doesn't happen without influence from other effects; eating other foods, different amount of excercise.. it'd be difficult to conduct a good scientific experiment controlling the other variables to test.

Definitely more. Cheese is like, well, very "binding" so if you eat a whole block in one go you could be plugged up for quite a while.
