I'm taking a trip to Japan soon and would like to know what are the best buys in Japan as far as technology is concerned. Are there things worth buying that are only available in Japan?
Can anyone help?

I believer there is now a Blu Ray & DVD burner-reader combo now on the market on the web that they want over $1000 for. But in Japan or a duty free port it would be a lot cheaper. But drivers???
