Title: The TNS Clock !..it's still an hour fast !

I think they want to see themselves as supernational, and so stick to UTC whatever the local time may be.

More lilely, Dave has not worked out how to determine the local time zone for the PC calling the TNS page up, so does not know how many hours to add or subtract from UTC for each PC.

Post by: kdlynn on 19/07/2007 14:48:34: i'm wondering if it didn't happen because we moved the clocks forward earlier this year. most computer/automatic clock changing devices over here didn't do it until the old clock moving time, so i had to manually reset my alarm clock and phone and then a few weeks later i was an hour early for everything and realized that they had also set themselves forward when they thought they should have
