Unfortunately, I have some problems with the audio and cannot listen to it. have been searching for some immunotherapy treatments and non-conventional treatments in general and have found this paseka.us
i just wonder if it can be really helpful, and if yes in what way? can the influence of these medicines be strong enough to cure cancer

So-called "alternative medicine (http://rationalwiki.org/wiki/Alternative_medicine)", (aka quackery (http://rationalwiki.org/wiki/Quackery)), apes actual medicine : they shoehorn buzzwords relating to the latest medical advances in their spiel, but they're just misleading the customer.

One theory I have is, the brain and nervous tissue help to control cellular differentiation. Nerve tissue, is smart tissue, used for cell control, and is not there just for decoration.
One likely cause of cancer is when a cell loses its connection to the control system. The control system helps to prevent run away replication and differentiation of the cell, by controlling the ionic balance outside the cell. Theoretically, if we could plug a person into a machine that reads nerves, like the electrician reads wires, one could see the dead nerve ends, where cancer might appear, way before anything happens. Theoretically, one might be also able to splice live nerves into tumors, to disrupt cancer.
Water is the copartner of life, with a role equal to the organics. Cancer will not work without water, since no protein can function properly without water. One can dehydrate any cancer and stop it in its tracks. Organic manipulation is not as efficient since there are endless organics to deal with. Nervous tissue is connected to the water side of the balance, through ions.
In solution proteins possess a conformational flexibility, which encompasses a wide range of hydration states, not seen in the crystal or in non-aqueous environments. Equilibrium between these states will depend on the activity of the water within its microenvironment; that is, the freedom that the water has to hydrate the protein [434]. Thus, protein conformations demanding greater hydration are favored by more (re-)active water (for example, high density water containing many weak bent and/or broken hydrogen bonds) and 'drier' conformations are relatively favored by lower activity water (for example, low-density water containing many strong intra-molecular aqueous hydrogen bonds).
Most cells of the human body, have lymphatic, circulatory and nerve tissues, nearby. These three tissues are the full control system. The ratios of these tissues, locally, impacts the local water. Modern medicine approaches sickness primarily through the circulatory leg of the control system; medicine in the blood. Medicine does not yet work, as directly, with the lymphatic and nerve aspects of the control system.
The placebo affect shows how mind over matter; brain, can have an impact on the local nervous system control, which can also activate the immune system, to restore control.
One should run placebo affect experiments, not from the circulatory-organic premise, but from the premise the placebo affect is about mind over matter; brain to local nerve system control. Attitude can impact healing because this will impact the nervous system, which can impact water activity.
The quote above says protein conformations are controlled by water activity. The ameboid action of a white blood cells, reflects water activity profiles, altering sequential protein conformation. There is a beacon in the water, that lead.
A cut will nearly always cause an immune response and cell proliferation; the cuts, cuts off the control system. This the future of medicine but first needs development of the needed water theory.

Cancer will not work without water
Cancer's etiology originates from an upregulation in TNF-a/NF-kB transcription & related inflammatory cytokines. Water isn't going to influence this process.

If there is a great new hope in the treatment of cancer, the immune system is it. Over the past dozen years, 71 anticancer drugs have been approved by US regulators. Typically they extend the lives of patients by only two months.
And they are not cheap. A month of anti-cancer therapy can cost £7,000.
When cancers develop in the body, immune cells often start to fight them. Many are kept in check. But cancers mutate as they grow and immune cells can lose sight of their targets.
To make matters worse, they have developed their own defences, which effectively neutralise attacking immune cells.
In 2010, a drug called ipilimumab became the first to extend the lives of patients with advanced, metastatic melanoma. It works by blocking the signals cancers use to switch immune cells off. Scientists say the drug works by taking the brakes off the immune system.
