We don't stand on etiquette here, floor boards are much safer.
Just go by the rules, which you will find here

and you'll be fine.

If you don't follow the rules, an alligator snapping turtle will be sent to devour you by the above poster. He isn't really that nice of a person. He's English you know.

'Etiquette' is something that only applies to intercourse (fnarr!) between people, but the purpose of said intercourse is to exchange something (yeah - another fnarr! seems appropriate here).
So what comes first (fnarr!): the intercourse itself, or the manner in which the intercourse is exercised?
Etiquette then, to me, is just about the style with which one engages in intercourse, and without intercourse etiquette is redundant.

It was a reference to the sort of laugh one might make in response to a double entendre, as demonstrated by the Viz comic character Finbarr Saunders - see:

No. We don't have standard etiquettes, but you can make up your own. It's OK as long as they are not racial, religious or gender related.

what i put up on my Forum was this
The whole reason for this forum is to give positive support to its members and guests. Sometimes this will also challenge us to look at new ideas and new perspectives on old ideas and that is good, very good, and what would make even better is if it was done so as not to rubbish others and their beliefs.
What is unacceptable is and may result in a ban and or reporting is:
Any racist comments, material, graphics, or links be they direct or indirect.
Any hate comments, material, graphics, or links be they direct or indirect.
Any sexist comments, material, graphics, or links be they direct or indirect.
Any pornographic comments, material, graphics, or links be they direct or indirect.
Any disrespectful comments, material, graphics, or links be they direct or indirect against any religion.
Any disrespectful comments, material, graphics, or links be they direct or indirect against dignity of others for the purpose of causing offence.
