Those for whom English is not their 1st language will probably pull their hair out.

Well, I have
not
pulled my hair out, but I had to check with the dictionary at least 50 times. (For "sward" I had to check 3 dictionaries before I found it)
I scored about a dozen mistakes, but have to admit that rhyming when in doubt has helped in a number of cases.
Going to send this link to some English teachers I know, to see how they score.

well, the only 2 I didn't get were both Greek proper nouns so I'm not too upset about them.
How about
I take it you already know
Of tough and bough and cough and dough?
Others may stumble but not you
On hiccough, thorough, slough and through.
Well done! And now you wish perhaps,
To learn of less familiar traps?
Beware of heard, a dreadful word
That looks like beard and sounds like bird.
And dead, it's said like bed, not bead-
for goodness' sake don't call it 'deed'!
Watch out for meat and great and threat
(they rhyme with suite and straight and debt).
A moth is not a moth in mother,
Nor both in bother, broth, or brother,
And here is not a match for there,
Nor dear and fear for bear and pear,
And then there's doze and rose and lose-
Just look them up- and goose and choose,
And cork and work and card and ward
And font and front and word and sword,
And do and go and thwart and cart-
Come, I've hardly made a start!
A dreadful language? Man alive!
I'd mastered it when I was five!

Very good, BC
This is something I find amazing - GHOTI can be pronounced as FISH.
GH from trough, O from WOMEN and TI from STATION.

I found a whole bunch more (and versions of the ones given above) here
http://home.planet.nl/~blade068/languagefun/pronunciation.htm
I was looking for a reasonable answer to the question how many ways are there to pronounce "ough" in English.
I was amused by the alternative pronunciation given for ghot.
GH as in though
O as in people
and
T as in listen.
