Title: Free product idea and helicopter rescue question

I frequently fly my quadracopter over water but would really like a very small water activated balloon to attach to it in case of water "landing". Run with the idea. Create a new product for this booming market. And I get one free for the idea. But if there is already such a product please let me know. Thx!
