Title: Drain & Inspection Covers On my Walk
Post by: neilep on 10/07/2009 11:53:11
Inspired by Herman,

Prepare yourselves for what I am sure will become required viewing worldwide and part of every educational syllabus what ever the subject.

What follows is a bold investigative exploration into the seedy world of Drain & Inspection covers. This sheepy has quite literally put himself at no risk whatsoever to venture as far afield as a whole 20 meters from my own home. I have had to not dodge bullets and have had to not avoid being  hit by any vehicles.....

Enjoy !!...and I hope all ewe foot fetishists enjoy it them too !!

Strictly speaking, none of these are actual drains, by the way...

I was expecting these sorts of things:

But yours are nicer.

About a decade ago there were a family of (UK?) artists whose work consisted of recreating one square meter exact replicas of pavement and road, including drain covers, which were then hung on the wall. (I think they made a mould of the pavement-curb-road and painted it).

It's really annoying that I cannot find their work via google. I'm sure I didn't imagine it.
Anybody recognise what I'm on about ?

You don't even need a camera, just light-sensitive paper (to make a photogram (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Photogram)) ...

Fair enough. Some other series ideas you might wish to consider:

- roads
- cars
- people you don't know
- cats
- litter
- cat litter

The cat litter is certainly do-able but I will have to concentrate on the one ' play-pit ' that we have.

I will need to catch a before and after set of piccys as well as a ' work in progress' ...this will be easy for me because..we keep our cat litter in the loo and ususally (Deano) our boy cat male-bonds we me and ewes's his the same time I ewese mine....it's quite funny really.........Akin to a dorm of girlies synchronising their ' special time ' once a month.....my cat and I have synchronised our duties !!........*le sigh*....if only it were an Olympic sport......!!....I know.....we can appear in the next series of Britains Got Talent.

"hello and who are ewe ?"
"I am Sheepy and this Is Deano...like...ewe should know that already !!..."
"What is Your ambition ? "
"To win Britains Got Talent of course...like...durrrhh !!"
"and what are ewe going to do ?"
"It really needs no introduction but I am going to crap in this bucket at the same time as my cat craps in his cat litter"

Amanda Holden becomes ever so impressed and quite flustered!

"Oh My " she says...."I've gone weak at the knees..I can barely stand...in fact...oh my....i'm.....I'm........

Sheepy looks to Ant & Dec and gives the signal for the Charge of The light Brigade to begin...

3 minutes later to rapturous applause and throwing of flowers and underwear upon the stage..

"well " Simon says...." I need see no more..I am putting ewe through "
Amanda is equally appreciative.."Oh My Sheepy......here's my number..yes yes yes"

Piers continues the theme..

"Well I thought it was a load of crap !...ewe are through to the next round by virtue of the fact that ewe're just incredible...ewe could turn a bloke.....and if I had my way we'd stop the competition now and award ewe the winner here and now"

voila....yes..yes I am sure this is how it would go !!

I just realised that I barely strung two coherent words together earlier !

Fact is, when we purchased this house, this particular room was rather dull , non stimulating and most insipid !

It quickly became the (MY) office and the four walls were blank canvases begging for enlightenment. Now...they radiate multi spectrum luff and joy and the room is luffed by all whom enter.

Entering has never been made more fun !

It is a sensory experiment that is very unusual but very stimulating to young and old! For an adult it helps you understand your infant and how a baby feels or touches, tastes smells, views, hears, and wears his food.. He/She explores it..constantly thats why children play with their food.. They are more likely to eat different foods if they are able to explore it first as that way they sample it and thus do not discount it untill its been through a regime of sensory tests to aide in their final decision.. It is very interesting.. nyou should do it with many different things.. Jello warm sticky rice in a pool, cooked pasta dried beans versus cooked, dried rice or cornmeal..etc cold water warm water slide or simply a slide which empties into pool of Jello..! You should see the children light up it is a real Hoot!

.. that cornflour stuff that you can walk on but if you aggetate it,it goes all runny.

Opposite way round: agitation makes it go stiff, (so you're scientifically incorrect and missed out on an opportunity for innuendo  [:)] ).

When we make that here for the Kids, we call that Gak!

"Gak" in a loudspeaker ...
If you try this at home it will probably void the warranty on your stereo.
