Post by: kdlynn on 05/06/2007 02:32:04
my hair is normally straight or wavy... but when it rains for several days it gets curly and frizzy. i know this happens to a lot of people, but i don't understand why. hair is just dead cells, right?

Could it have to do with maybe static electricity??? Hair is dead but the hair folical and cells should be alive shouldn't it so it continues to grow. I thought just the hair itself died!

It always happens to me when the humidity is high, I always figured it had something to do with the moisture being sucked out of the hair by the air. ha that kind of rhymed....
