Hi Chris my name is Mercia i have suffered from anxiety attacks all my life and have many tests done. In the last 6 months it has been quite severe and has affected my driving. Recently i have had neuro transmitter tests done and it and it came back saying that my glutamate levels are high does this neuro transmitter a cause of anxiety disorders? If my Glutamate levels stay high what will this cause in the future? I am desperate for answers and i am not getting anywhere. I am currently on Solal products Theanine, stress and anxiety, naturally high. Please if you have any information for me.
