Title: How big is the 'face' on Mars?

I don't for one minute think this was created by someone to look like a face but what are it's  physical dimensions/how big is it?

I know the picture you mean, and I'm afraid I have no idea how big it is.  I do think that our ability to perceive faces in things is incredible though, and as I understand it, it's hardwired from birth.
