Post by: stana on 27/12/2007 19:02:56
Hey guys, i was wondering, When i run. After a while i get a sharp pain just below my ribs. It normally tends to be on my left side.

What is it?
What causes it?
What is its purpose?
Does anybody else only get it on their left side? or is there a reason for it.

Thanks

it's usually a bit of fat stuck in the digestion system.

If you apply pressure to the stitch and then suddenly let go, that sometimes clears it.
