Title: How does a cat see us moving? In 'slow motion' or?

I'm thinking of the way it's explained how flies seem to have a faster 'time-frame' than us. When it comes to motion they are said to process visual information so much faster, making us move in 'slow motion' to them. If I assume that we can get a 'moving motion picture' out of twenty four frames a second and imagine that's a flies might be like a hundred frames a second. Where do I put a cat visual capability?

And is that true, or should I just attribute it lightening fast reflexes?
