Title: Disinfectant to Antiseptic

Hi, chloroxylenols are used in both Antiseptics (Sanitizers for animate objects) and as well in Disinfectants (Sanitizers for inanimate objects).  What is the criterion which differentiates the formulation of   Chlroxylenols, from Disinfectants to Antiseptics?
