Inside Pipe we have vacuum . Pipe and Earth Are moving in Universe Pipe motion can not change light's motion inside pipe. We can not push light by vacuum !

Detector at the end of the pipe will register light
with small different position respect to place where laser
was set and calibrate . Absolute Earth motion is important for fact where detector will register the signal !!!
