Obviously. Experiencing and perceiving are two very different things. We have no control over how we experience time. Time affects every process within our bodies, whether we like it or not, but we may perceive that time varies under different circumstances. If you can persuade your body that time and change are not synonymous, that is most impressive.
Time is a highly subjective experience of perception.
