Now unlocked I will check with you later Jim bob we have had some odd things happening with the threads locking themselves LOL! I will report this one two.. LOL Have unlocked it knowing I think that you were trying to let us know what was happening.. do lock it again if you can so we know whats happening! LOL!

Looking at the permissions i believe everyone can lock there own threads if they wish.

Hi Jim Bob, So you are allowed to lock your own topic, and I believe that is normal for you to be able to delete  a topic if you are the topic author.. Correct me if I am wrong Michael!
