After delivery my breasts become saggy and lost it's shape. Now I am not confident to wear any designer dresses or skin fit garments because it will reveal my breast irregularity. My best friend said it's the time for me to get breast implant surgery (http://"http://www.cosmeticbreastsurgery.ca/breast_Implants.html") and she suggested one cosmetic breast surgery centre at London, Ontario. Which breast implant placement gives a more natural appearance?

I don't worry about mine being irregular - it's best just to let people see that it's perfectly okay not to look symmetrical and go with the sag. It's also much healthier as you won't have to worry about anything bursting and poisoning you, and there are much better things to do with the money than conforming with modern inflated norms which reduce your quality of life in all manner of ways as you try to keep up with standards imposed on you by people who only want your money. Rebel against this idiocy and celebrate your natural shape while putting your money into having more fun. Learn to live and don't let other people's twisted expectations damage your quality of life. You are real and you don't need to turn yourself into something artificial.

I don't think your friend's advice is the best you could get.
Very few people are so shallow that they will judge you on your physical appearance, in fact I am convinced that we are all far more sensitive to our appearance than others are. Most people don't really notice, and those who do and judge you negatively arent really worth knowing.
Please rethink before going into surgury.
