i need to know the name of the gene that helps to increase the flesh quantity in chickens and makes them fragile &week? this also now being used in many restaurants.give me some detail please.

You are probably thinking of the myogenic regulatory genes, which include Myf-5, myogenin, MyoD, and MRF4 (herculin, Myf6) and are responsible for making cells in the developing embryo turn into muscle.
