malaria does not move, what is the magnification at which you can see the some hairs on the paramecium of cilia?

Probably not until 1000x unless you stain or have a phase-contrast microscope. They move pretty rapidly and they're colorless so it's not easy to spot them.

sporozoite forms of malaria are motile and move quite nicely.
