To support this theory I will use it to explain the results of the double slit experiment and at the same time show how and why the quantum world appears to behave like a wave.
The consequences of the proposed theory and its laws are that the path that any matter or gravitational force (or magnetic or electrical forces) can take through the 3-dimensional space at a given instant in the time is dependant upon the cumulative sum of the forces and masses that have passed through that point in space from the beginning of time up to but not including the current instant in time.
