Very true.  First time out of it's case in a few years though, so I thought it had held it well...

It's an Epiphone Les Paul, and it really needs a good clean.  We kept having to stop recording beacuse of the noise from the dodgy jack connection.  I was very impressed with Dave's set up though, especially the fact that he really did get a decent harmony from just knowing the physics behind it.

Not a bad guitar. Epiphones are made by Gibson and share a lot of technology with their more esteemed cousins. The main difference between the Epi LP and the Gibbo is that the neck is glued rather than screwed. The PUs are bog-standard Gibbo humbuckers.
