Dearest GlassofWaterogists,
Oh well, there goes the weekend !..I hope it was a good one for ewe. I had a simply super one..I mowed the lawn, raised an army and made it through a black hole !
As a sheepy, I of course needed to partake of some water imbibing during my adventurous two days...and I have to say..I really luff the stuff!.I hope it catches on in popularity.
Look, here's a nice glass full......

*girlies , try not to imagine the noise of the pouring water..we don't want ewe all rushing orf to do wee wee's !!..*
erhmmm....ok...why is that when I leave a glass of water over night that the next day there is some bubbles in it ?...why's that then ? Personally I think it's Bubble Fairies fart gas but to make sure I thought I'd ask ewe lot ..cos ewe are all klevur and know stuff.
So, why does a glass of water left over night have bubbles in it and where do the bubbles come from ?..does it also mean that the formula of the water has changed ?
Ewe see..I just do not know...I'd like to know...and those of ewe who don't know want to know too now !

I think it is the exposure of more oxygen to the water ... when water is in a tap it is kind of closed off under pressure, from the air.... so when you pour it into glass it is getting good oxygen as it goes into the glass and as it sets still the oxygen bubbles gather and become visible as thy build up and try to surface.. well thats my opinion and may or may not even be close to the real scientific truth..... LOL.....

Pretty obvious really.
"Depression" is derived from the Greek "depre" meaning "woolly", and the Ancient Egyptian "ssion" meaning "sucks up". It has been known since ancient times that woolly objects, such as sheep, are capable of sucking up so much atmosphere that they reduce atmospheric pressure in a locality. This explains why areas with large populations of sheep are so depressing, and the weather is also depressing.
The bubbles in your glass are merely a manifestation of the low pressure zone that you are creating in your locality.
Hope this was not too depressing.

Depressed ?...no not at all....illuminated !!...euphoric !!...this just substantiates the reasoning behind why so many sheep become meteorologists. I followed a different path as a stud sheep as I found that my speciality was creating atmospheric pressure inside ewes locality !

I think it's that water as-supplied contains a certain amount of dissolved oxygen, and over time overnight this begins to bubble out.
If you boil water for several minutes you'll drive out the dissolved gasses. If you then let the water cool and place in a glass overnight you will probably find that that one doesn't make bubbles.

by the way I was going to mention with our well you must pressurise the water tank and this builds up a certain air cushion in the top of the tank,, and compresses the water then you would bleed the lines by purging any trapped air bubbles in the lines by opening up all the fauwcets and allowing them do go full on until the airbubbles have hicuped belched through the lines and the lines run free of air as the remaining air is on top of the tank and now the water is pressureized so when it reenters the air it looses its pressure and the remaing air accumulated in the water starts to bubble after so many hours of setting and the air pockets in the water start to form again in the cup of water..
Bleeding the brakes on a car works in a very similar way!
