Sound is a pressure change or collection of pressure changes that move through stuff like air, water, rock, steel... This video will help you visualize sound waves in air (and they explain the technique they are using).

Then you would say there is no difference between "sound" and "noise" in physics?

Sound is a decoded signal by the brain, of the ears intercepting a carrier signal of vibration in the air, from an event of disruption from an output.

or simply sound is something the brain makes.

Noise is defined in physics as a subset of sound eg white noise, pink noise, blue noise, brown noise, each having a different spectrum.
