Looks like someone is pushing against a large piece of sheet metal, and it's bending, so the light rays come off bent and it looks like a mirror in a fun house...

Yes..yes..ewe are both right !....That's me in the photo by the way..From a distance, you appear upside down (hence the way the arm looks)...but having my body really close reveals myself the right way up. The mirror is vertical and very concave and is in my kids school playground !!
