Is it possible for seeds (any kind) to germinate and actually start to grow inside a human body? I was thinking more in the region of someone putting a seed in his ear, nose, maybe it got underneath your skin somehow or if some how a seed landed up in ones lungg???

Anything foreign to the human body usually is violently rejected.
I think the only seed that can succeed to grow is carefully placed in the human female body and originates from the same species itself. 9 mo later

WOW that is something, I heard of pea brain, in figurative speech but this????
The human body did try to violently reject the foreign body in someway unknown to the victim.
When it was not naturally successful collapes the function of the organ being affected.
In the early days they, the older persons, would mention time to time, pointing to a woman with unborn, how that woman swallowed a watermellon seed.
I think telling us that was a hoax. [:o)]

I've read fairly recent accounts i.e. within the last 20 odd years, of seeds germinating and sprouting in peoples eyes and lungs.

A very smart and diplomatic answer. It’s really appreciable and general.
