Title: Can electric fences damage your health?

Can you please advise if any details are available re electric security fences. Does it have a magnetic field and is this harmful to humans? Are there any recorded side effects or any other recorded problems?

No magnetic fields, just a very high, but energy limited, shock. Designed more to warn you not to touch in most cases, though those used by the Defence forces and the electricity authorities are designed for security and will kill you if touched.
