I am lying in bed counting sheep and dogs and rainbows and feeling restless in an attempt to sleep at 3:18AM.

I have two giant dogs crowding me off my king sized bed.....

I'm watching a Doctor Who episode that I really liked. It was the one with the lady that kept repeating everything people said on a trapped holiday cruiser on a planet with a diamond sky. The trapped people end up trying to kill the Doctor because they think he is the alien and not the strange repeating lady. Brilliant. Now it is out takes US president so I'm going to be giggling like mad.
Fred went back to school today but he has overdone it and he is back on the sofa with red cheeks and swollen glands. Looks like he'll be off until next Monday now.

Ok 9:47 PM. I am exhausted and am attempting sleep at this ungodly early hour! The only one who feels it is worth a shot are the dogs and my Doctor!  I am wide awake!

Tell me how one can feel so exhausted and yet so wide awake...and unable to get to that sleep place!
Anyway...leaving for a bit to make the effort to at least be able to say I tried if it doesn't work out! Goodnight..I hope!!

I am trying to sit comfortable and finding it impossible.. my side s are hurting a bit tonight..

Other then that been posting and playing in face book and wondering what to do..

I had a Salad with baked chicken strips and garlic sauce and now two hours later I am still hungry... so I am avoiding the kitchen.. I feel like baking but I don't feel like it you know what I mean? LOL....

Oh, the applications are ridiculous!  It kept knocking me off the internet tonight and also for some reason I keep getting suggestive messages from 20 somethings and even a few women in my inbox.  Tonight there were 4!  Too many changes.  I liked it the way it was when I joined.

Uh OH I hate those kinda messages.. I don't get them in face book but I do in my Gmail.. and my aol and my yahoo.. It stinks...

LOL..somehow my picture ended up on a singles dating thingy in facebook.  I cant find it or how to get it off, so I keep getting messages from singles.  Some of them are really funny, some cute, sweet or so inappropriate you can't help but laugh.  I actually got a message from an old highschool boyfriend that lives 2 hours away.  I asked how he found me and hes the one that told me where he saw my picture.  LOL.. my profile clearly says married, but that doesn't seem to matter.

That's the way the whole thing works! I contacted  a girl who said she knew me and she wanted me to look at her picture and see if I remembered her from several years back.. she wrote and texted me on my phone for two weeks.. LOL.. so I told her ok.. and went to the address that she gave me and lo an behold in order to look at her photo service picture I had to register then wham they have me ass single and looking LOL What a rotten bunch of crud! They are really sneaky... It was a real scam There is no way for me to edit the profile or delete it! LOL... I know what you mean!

I haven't had any such problems with facebook... but I rarely do the applications and usually just use it to share pics with friends and a quick catch up with interstate and overseas mates.

They are really sneaky... It was a real scam There is no way for me to edit the profile or delete it! LOL... I know what you mean!

Thats what baffles me, I haven't registered for anything, but evidently I'm still listed.  LOL..oh well, it gives me something to laugh about.

1rst pain management class and it was too long and I was bored..It better pick up and give me something I don't already know and have encorporated into my routine.. or I am out of there.. I hate group meetings usually.. One of my classes I like but they have to be telling me something new or even making the old more interesting.. but when it feels like you are in a meeting after work that you do not want to be in.....blahhhhhh!


Anyway going Tuesday to the pool and hot tub to do some water therapy on my hip and shoulder to see if that helps!

Currently I am deciding what to do this evening.

Options are:

*More study-least favorite option so far.
*Veg in front of TV and hope there is a decent docu on-[ossible but unlikely on a Sat eve. 
*Open bottle of wine-that can be done in conjunction with any other option!
*Read more threads on here-useful and enjoyable, but does indicate I have no life.

Or if I get really bored I can log on MSN and talk to people who bore me.

Of course there are any number of things I should do, and an even greater number of things I could do, but very few things I can be bothered to do. :o)

In the upper right corner of the page, once you have logged in, it says "you have "xx number" of messages. click on the word "message" and you are magically transported to the WORLD OF PM (with no 's').

 Am a bit tired for some reason.. only relaxed today in the sun was very nice.. Now my eyes are burning and My throat feels froggy and I am tired again.. LOL.. I want spring and summer weather.. so nice to not be freezing cold all the time....

A young couple (James and Kristen) are staying at a summer retreat are faced with a night of psychological terror. As the night goes on the reality of what will come, is more terrifying than anything both could have imagined.
