So I just dicovered this liquid called ferrofluid. its only the coolest thing I've ever seen... They might be MAkING THIS INTO A TOY!! VoTE for the

Product Idea "Liquid Playground" so I can buy

Ferrofluid stinks: it smells (and looks) like old sump oil from an engine.
If you get any on clothing it does not wash out.

If you're going to play with Ferrofluid gloves & goggles would be a good idea too.

I bought some once and for some strange reason it stuck to the bottom of the sealed cork and wouldn't drop down into the oil below. Not cool at all. I did see some in a science museum in Denmark between glass with lights behind it and some strange magnet switching device. That was pretty cool.
