Title: How can Chemistry4me get this nose ...?

What kind of extensive plastic surgery would be involved to give him the nose of his dreams so he can sport some cool shades like Morpheous here?

Assuming C4M has a smaller nose.. what would have to be done? would they take bone from other parts of his body to build up the nose? How would they add bulk to the nose, or should he just step into a ring with the reining heavyweight champion of the world?

I think that would be rather painful. They'll probably just pump it up with the odd bit of cartilage floating around...[:D]

I don't know ..that's a good question.. I like unusual noses big, small, hooked, or otherwise, short stubby, I think a nose adds character to a face.... Just look at that beak on my face!!! Broken at one point but unattended as we did not know it had broke.. only that it hurt like crazy and bled like there was no tomorrow!

Look at Jimmy Durante, Barbara Streisand, Barry Manilo, All wonderful beautiful noses indeed!
