Title: What did you do today?

I sat, and coughed my head off..LOL and copied Radiologist's report. Felt crudy and I still have physical therapy at 3:30..So I really did not do much today... I am tired like I ran a marathon.. maybe this cough wearing me out I suppose.. LOL Good thing another nice massage in two hours! YAYYYYYY!

I woke up at 10, played a little piano, went to the music store for a long time and spent to much money. LoL. And then came home and sat here. ALL DAY. HAHA.

I took my son out as he's been poorly all week.

.......bought him some music..bought my daughters some jewellery....bought myself some snacks !! (bad boy me).....then came home and did stuff and then more stuff and then later on did some more stuff....

....ewe could say I'm well stuffed !!

I recovered from a rough night,
Got Nic registered for school (*sigh*...I can't believe my baby is in high school now!)
Did several loads of laundry
Tried to clean up after Hurricane Ashley
Took Nic to football practice
Helped Sensei Mike with some computer stuff
Did some billing, answered phones, ordered equipment...just stuff.

Now I'm going to prepare some rotisserie chickens for dinner.

Had to have a third ultra sound during massage yesterday! LOL! He keeps finding bad spots!

Yeah it feels real good until he hits the bad spots then I want him to just knock me out as it is excruciating pain.. I have had a cortisone shot that was supposed to help and am taking two different pain medications.. it does not help when he hits the bad places in my shoulder blades and arm it likes to sends me out of the chair... Its one of those that brings tears and Hollering! Not fun! He says we have to do it until we have loosened up everything.. and have the arm ready for surgery!.. Yeah.. oh well I will like you say enjoy the part!

Well I am angry.I did not get my massage instead I got iced and given electric shock to the old muscles and lots more stretching of the shoulder!..Lots of fun today!
