This year, I made it a point to become healthy. I have lost some weight and got rid of some acne.
I really want to be healthy, and make sure that I look healthy.
Can you give me some all over health tips?
Im a teen girl by the way.

One thing that comes to mind is to stay in school as long as possible. Educated people live longer and better and that's just the way of things. Studying health and hygeine classes would not be a waste, either.
Also, it's all well and good to be nice and amiable --but ornery, stubborn people seem to weather life's little peeves better than ninnies.

Ignore all the rubbish you read in the press about what is and what isn't good for you. You'll put yourself in an early grave worrying about it.
Eat a balanced diet of fresh fruit and vegetables, eat meat and fish, cereals, nuts, dairy produce and owt else you want to eat. Just make sure your not eating to much processed food full of addatives.
And, of course, only eat what you need. Don't use the car or bus when you can walk. Then you'll grow up to be like me................. OK, forget everything I just wrote!
